We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic candidates to join us as Clerical Assistant Modern Apprentices in the Professional Services Learning and Teaching Team. The School of Medicine delivers a range of undergraduate, post-graduate and distance-learning degrees providing internationally recognised teaching experience to a wide range of students.

The post-holder will also provide support with the organisation of key School activities such as applicant interviews, open days, assessment and other key events in the School calendar.

Your priorities will include:
* Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks, including reception duties, email correspondence, filing, data entry and maintaining and updating student records.
* Support the student life cycle activities including matriculation, attendance monitoring, assessment and graduation.
* Assist with the organisation and support of school events, examinations, workshops and teaching activities.

Who we are looking for:
* Achieved three National 4's .
* An enthusiastic individual who wishes to pursue a career in administration.
* Very good organisational, administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team with the ability to work independently on certain tasks.
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 tools
