Your new role
Working in a team of 3 reporting into the Head of HR you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries. You will act as the HR expert matter providing generalist HR Advise to a population of around 80 across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, coaching and guiding managers as well as policy development.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)You will have ideally come from an SME/start-up company with experience of working in a small HR team. Full generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle
