Job Summary

Are you an experienced Payroll Officer with a keen eye for detail? Our client is looking for someone like you to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the HR and Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining meticulous payroll records, and assisting with various payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring every detail is correct
• Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records
• Calculate and process payroll adjustments, deductions, and withholdings
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues swiftly and efficiently
• Stay informed about current payroll legislation and regulations
• Prepare comprehensive payroll reports for management and accountants
• Collaborate closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data management
• Perform data entry tasks related to updates or changes in employee information
• Oversee year-end payroll processes seamlessly
• Generate detailed absence and holiday reports

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SAGE Payroll software
• Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
• Experience with COMPUTIME software is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism
• Excellent communication skills for effectively addressing employee payroll queries
