Are you a passionate and motivated Psychology graduate with a genuine desire to support children with special educational needs in a secondary school setting?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the support staff team at a fantastic Secondary school in the Ealing area.

This role begins in September (Potential for earlier start), with a commitment throughout the academic year, and the potential for the right candidate to transition into a permanent position with the school.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to children with special educational needs, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to create tailored learning plans.
- Implement interventions to address behavioural challenges and enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments to monitor progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group sessions to develop essential skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- Prior experience in special education or a similar setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
