Fixed Term/Secondment 12 months.

To take overall responsibility and is accountable for all delegated professional, practice development & education activity for Domestic and sexual violence

Will be highly visible and provide professional leadership.

Will lead, offer expert professional and practice development advice to support the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate training, research / audit, policy development and care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values, and behaviours.

Design and deliver professional, practice development and education activity based on policies, guidelines and evidence base to improve the outcomes and experiences of patients and staff.

Undertake audit / research and act as an expert professional, practice developer and educator to care teams and achieve positive outcomes and experiences, for both patients and staff.
