Credit Hire - Claims Handler
Harvey McQueen are extremely pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Credit Hire - Claims Handler, to join their fast growing organisation. This exciting opportunity would be perfect for someone who already has a minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims. The position is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.

Package

• Salary £24k is negotiable depending on experience.
• Mon-Fri, 9-5pm
• Position is available for an immediate start

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Third Party Claims/Credit Hire/Liability claims
• Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
• Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
• Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
• Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times.

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience of working in Motor Claims and/or insurance background
• Minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims
• GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent e.g. NVQ Level 2) to include
English and Maths.
• CII Certificate of Insurance or willing to work towards ( supported by the
Company )
• PC Literate – for example experience of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
