Brook Street are proud to advertise a temporary full-time assignment for the Ministry of Defence - Executive Assistant in the Customer Delivery Directorate (CDD)
Location: Ideally Gloucester (Imjin Barracks), but could be Bristol (Abbey Wood) or Shrivenham
Start Date: Vetting Pending
Duration: Initially 6 months, extension possibility
Working Pattern: Full-time, flexibility hybrid, Friday coverage essential, occasional business travel
Clearance Level: Minimum SC level
Pay rate: £14.71/hr - 37 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities
Diary Management: Keep the CDD on track with impeccable scheduling and conflict resolution.
Travel Coordination: Arrange cost-effective and policy-compliant travel plans.
Office Management: Ensure smooth operations with efficient document handling and mailbox triaging.
Event Management: Support impactful events with meticulous planning and coordination.
Additional Support: Provide coverage for the Chief of Staff during leave periods.
Skills and Experience Required
Integrity: Exemplary personal integrity and awareness.
Organisation: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Communication: Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to drive improvements through technology.
Clearance Level: SC clearance role, it's desirable you have a valid SC
