The O2 are looking for Suite Hosts to provide a safe, enjoyable environment whilst delivering the highest level of hospitality to our Premium guests at our events
You will:
Assist with the smooth running of events with particular focus on the safety and well-being of our guests.
Liaise with guests including Founding Partners, Suite Holders, Seats Members, Club 101 Members and members of The 93rd by Qatar Airways.
Make sure that client expectations are met and, where possible, exceeded.
Be the first point of contact to deal with any access related problems or customer issues.
Assist with the safe evacuation of guests in their area in an emergency situation.
Attend pre-event briefings with the Event Hospitality Manager and keep accurate notes for post-event reporting.
We will give you lots of training so you will be:
familiar with the layout of the venue in order to assist clients with relevant information
able to get premium areas ready for guest arrival
able to use radios as a way to communicate with your team and all managers on an event night
able to handle on the day requests, issues or requirements from guests
able to deal with guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently in a professional manner, escalating issues where necessary to Event Hospitality Manager.
We are looking for people who have previous experience in a customer facing or hospitality role who are able to deliver a first-class service to all of our guests.
You'll be professional and have a warm and friendly nature and build great rapport with both our guests and your team.
You need to remain calm under pressure, be able to show flexibility when dealing with uncertain and changing situations and be reliable.
With clear and concise communication skills, you'll listens to other's point of view with an open mind; hold yourself accountable when completing tasks and be a real team player.
Important Information: This is an Event based contract.
We need people to work weekday and weekend evenings with shifts starting at 5pm and finishing around 11pm (shifts on weekends may start earlier and finish later).
We ask that you can commit to a number of shifts each month and we ask for availability a month in advance, so you can make this role work for you.
We are holding an assessment centre on Thursday 13 June 1.30-4pm and need people to attend the full day induction on Tuesday 2 July 9.30am-5pm. If successful you would be training during The Killers run of shows in July - a wonderful time to join The O2!
