Delivery Accommodation as a whole. The position of the Loss of Entitlement Support Officer plays a vital role in the ensuring the Notice to Vacate (NTV) process is followed and Service Family Accommodation (SFA) is handed back accordingly in line with policy when entitlement is lost. Enabling Service Family Accommodation to be available to be allocated by our industry partner to entitled service personnel. There is an element of customer service
within this role so the successful candidate will need a strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication, and strong organisational skills.
