An exciting opportunity for a part time Cleaner has arisen within Framework at Mt. Hooton and Pelham Avenue. Both sites are part of The London Road Service delivering emergency temporary accommodation to vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Nottingham City. The cleanliness of our environments play a huge role in supporting our residents to feel safe and supported. We need a passionate people's person who can work towards delivering these environments. You'll play a key part in our team to strive towards our goals of supporting people into permanent accommodation. The service can be challenging but we work together as a team to create a safe and supporting service for both service users and staff.
The two sites are based in Carrington and Forest Fields. The ideal days to work are Mon/Weds/Fri but we are open to flexibility for the right candidate. There is a possibility of being across both sites on the same day, but they are close by.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Clean all communal and staff areas daily including stairwells, outside spaces and exterior.
• Cleaning of resident rooms when required
• Removal of furniture between rooms and storage
• Responsible for following lone working procedures.
• Dependant on service stock taking and order placing.
• Dependant on service using on site machinery.
• Dependant on service fitting of toilet seats, toilet flushes and shower curtains
• To be aware of and follow fire procedures, health and Safety and COSHH
