We at TeacherActive are grateful to collaborate with numerous secondary schools in Crewe. We are actively seeking Teaching Assistants to provide our school network with dependable and highly qualified professionals.
Whether employed on a temporary, long-term, or permanent basis, our teaching assistants are essential to the operation of schools. Planning and preparation are not part of the job description of a teaching assistant, but effective classroom management and communication are a must.
The successful Teaching assistant will have:
• CACHE LEVEL 2/3- OR 6-months experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged.
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily.
