Job Title: Car/Van DriverLocation: BirminghamType: TemporaryIndustry: DrivingPay Rate: £12.21 per hourWorkchain is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Car/Van Driver to work on a temporary basis in Birmingham. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and/or passengers to various locations. Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600/ 1700. Delivering medical equipment for vulnerable people be it hoists, hand rails, wheelchairs, hoists and specialized seating. Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate a car/van to transport goods and/or passengers- Follow all traffic laws and regulations- Load and unload goods as needed- Keep accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customersQualifications:- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points- Previous experience as a driver preferred- Good communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamTo apply for this position, please visit our website at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
