Are you ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role within the UK’s leading physical play programme for children?
We are looking for an inspirational, motivated and passionate Operations Manager to join our close-knit team at our Head Office in Redditch.
We have been nurturing children’s physical development from six months to seven years for over 40 years. Our franchise network is dedicated to providing fun and educational classes that help children develop their motor skills, confidence, and social abilities.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Degree in business, sports, education, child development, or a related field
• Experience in delivering training courses or teaching
• Business advice and guidance experience, ideally within a franchise environment
• Familiarity with child development and experience working with children in a physically active setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel across the UK, occasionally working outside normal hours and weekends
What will your role look like?
• Provide advice and guidance to existing franchisees, helping them thrive in their business operations
• Identify, meet, and approve new franchisees to join the company’s national network
• With the support of the Technical Consultant, you will train franchisees to deliver the programme, ensuring our client’s ethos and image are maintained
• Oversee programme and equipment quality, update training materials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Initially participate in classes to understand the company’s programme
• Organise and run training courses for new and established franchisees
• Handle inquiries from franchisees and parents
• Conduct franchisee support visits and provide business operation advice
• Manage online training programmes and contribute to franchise recruitment materials
