Crynodeb
1.Ensure the maintenance of Electronic Staff Records (ESR), Trac and NHS Jobs systems with all information connected to recruitment processes and work with the Resourcing Manager and Deputy Resourcing Manager to lead the introduction of new processes in line with systems and service developments. 2.Lead on the administration of Trust-wide recruitment initiatives, including Healthcare Support Worker Talent Pool, Newly Qualified and Experienced Nurse Recruitment, and assessment centres for other roles as required. 3. Support the Resourcing Manager and Deputy Resourcing Manager in proactively working with Trust managers to ensure a timely and customer-focussed recruitment administration service is provided at all times, providing specialist advice and guidance on recruitment processes within the Trust. 4.Act as the escalation contact for the investigation and resolution of queries and complaints received from recruiting managers and applicants, ensuring the development and implementation of actions to prevent any reoccurrence. 5. Actively collate, present and analyse data on recruitment activity and identify areas for improvement and present findings to Resourcing Managers.
