Role:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting a team of financial planners in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on clients' financial situations, including their income, assets, and liabilities
- Prepare detailed financial reports, investment analysis, and recommendations to assist financial planners in developing suitable financial plans
- Collaborate closely with financial planners to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and relevant documentation for client meetings
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and investment proposals
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends to provide informed recommendations and advice
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
- A professional and client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Qualifications:
- Hold (or working towards) CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
