Crynodeb
A SEND school based in Colchester for students with a range of behavioural, emotional, social and mental health difficulties aged between 10 to 16 is looking for learning support assistants to join their team starting immediately.
The school caters for boys who have been moved out of mainstream schools and struggle to access the national curriculums. Many students also have further complex needs which include children on the autistic spectrum and children with attachment disorders.
Experience working with these needs would be a preference but not essential. If you’re resilient, motivational, caring and wish to make a difference with disengaged learners the school would love to hear from you.
