About the role:




As the administrator for the Bridges contract in Norfolk the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the team
with clerical and administrative tasks. Hours can be agreed based on need and availability. This role is a Hybrid role between
home and our Swaffham office. This role will include maintaining contact with people accessing the service, supporting booking
carer breaks, gathering feedback and maintaining both internal and external reporting systems.






KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

1. Managing data and records.

2. Handling queries and communications on the phone and by email.

3. Organising and scheduling carer breaks as needed.

4. Maintaining reporting systems.

5. Gathering and reporting feedback.

Annual leave

The successful candidate will be entitled to 25 days (pro rata) annual leave plus statutory holidays (eight days) as well as the
option to buy and sell annual leave in accordance with our policy.

Normal working hours can be agreed based on availability and the needs of the role, however Caring Together is committed to
