Applicants should have full GMC Registration and a License to Practice and have worked at F2 level or equivalent. Experience of working in Orthopaedics is desirable.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic doctor to work at F2/CT1/2 level in our Orthopaedic Department at Southport and Ormskirk Hospitals.
The post holder will support the Consultant of the week team in their duties and contribute to the running of clinics, emergency and elective theatres and wards.
The post holder will also participate in a 1:8 on call rota.
The Secretary of State has approved the partnership betweenSt Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals and Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals.
From 1stJuly we have come together as a single organisation under the name Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
