In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. We're seeking proactive individuals who excel in independent work for a position involving weekend shifts (11am-3pm on both Saturday and Sunday). Duties include maintaining hygiene standards by refreshing toilets and shower rooms, along with deep cleaning specified areas across our expansive site. Expect plenty of walking between buildings, so physical stamina is essential. Following probation, overtime opportunities abound for those who demonstrate dedication and reliability.
Applicants must undergo police vetting, a process lasting up to 8 weeks, and provide necessary documentation: two forms of ID (passport, driving license, or birth certificate), along with proof of address dated within the last three months. Eligibility requires residency in the UK for at least six months.
