Workforce Systems Officer Band 4

An exciting opportunity to join our HR Workforce Team at West London Mental Health Trust has arisen,as Workforce Systems Officer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administrational and HR Systems support to ensure data quality at high level. ESR experience and proficient Excel skills are essential to this role.



As the Workforce Systems Officer, you will monitor the data quality on ESR and produce regular reports using ESR Business Intelligence. You will also provide support to ESR Self Service users.

Please note that this is a part time role – 18.75 hours/week. This role allows flexible working, including entire agile working on completion of probation.

Main duties of the job

1. To monitor and produce regular reports to HR colleagues in relation to the ESR professional registrations for mandatory staff groups.

2. To assist in implementation of professional body interfaces with ESR by carrying out data cleansing. To be responsible for monitoring and resolving any mismatches, contacting employees to rectify data errors and investigating any interface problems.

3. To provide data to Managers and HR colleagues according to current requirements to assist with resource management, e.g. fixed term contracts, sickness absence. This includes extracting, reviewing and tailoring the data presented into a meaningful format appropriate to the audience.

4. To provide administrative support for all HR Systems, including ESR and ESR Business Intelligence.

5. To administer the starters and leavers process on the Exchange and ensure its accuracy.

6. To provide first line support to users and problem diagnosis for all self-service issues.
