As Restaurant Supervisor you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing service in our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and in ensuring our guests enjoy the very best experience. Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests. This role provides the versatility to work within other F&B outlets including afternoon tea lounges, bar, terrace, brasserie, and conference & banqueting.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the service of food and beverages across all departments.
- To ensure all guests receive the highest level of service at all times, always promoting the hotel and its image.
- Have thorough knowledge of the hotel facilities so that you can inform guests and promote these when asked.
Key Attributes:
- Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, drinks and people.
- Have excellent customer care skills and attention to detail
- Supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
- Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure
