Our client is looking for a dedicated Machine Operative to join their team on a 2-shift schedule. This role involves managing machine operations in a non-food environment. Prior experience operating machinery or an engineering background is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating machinery efficiently and safely
• Meeting tight deadlines
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• A methodical and logical approach to work
Work Schedule:
• 12-hour shifts
• Average of 16 shifts per month
• Rotating day and night shifts, including weekend’s
Compensation:
• Starting salary: £30,000 per annum
• Salary review currently in progress
