Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work Nights at a major supermarket's distribution center in Burton Latimer, near Kettering.
The rate of pay for the first 12 weeks is £11.44 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks to £12.40 per hour + a weekend bonus after 12 weeks of service.
Overtime is paid at time and a half.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 out of 7, weekends included, the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
(Rest days are different from week to week)
Due to this being a full-time role we are unable to accommodate students or part-time workers.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, you will pick orders for distribution for one of the leading supermarkets in the UK. Your duties include:
- Hand scanner picking in the fresh department

Accuracy and the ability to work safely at a pace is essential.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
