We are seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to join a unique business located on the outskirts of Winchester. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home two days a week.

The Role:

  • Project Management: Meticulously plan, manage, test, and roll out developments for all websites, ensuring optimal UX, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to understand project needs, plan effective solutions, delegate tasks, and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks during and after project completion to ensure work meets requirements and is fully optimised across browsers and devices.
  • Budget Management: Oversee web budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Technical Support: Handle technical web issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing website analysis and manage SEO efforts, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Tools Management: Manage Google Search Console, domain hosting, and SSL certificates.
  • Required Experience and Skills:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in web project management.
  • Optimisation Skills: Strong skills in website optimisation.
  • UX Expertise: Advanced knowledge and understanding of UX principles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with Expression Engine, SEO, and GA4.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of GA4.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Technical Management: Understanding of domain, hosting, and SSL certificate management.
  • Team Player: Self-motivated, with strong prioritising instincts and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
