Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for retail and a knack for delivering new store openings and refreshes? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our client's store fitting projects across Scotland.
Our client is at the forefront of retail transformation, helping businesses create stunning, market-leading stores that captivate customers and drive sales. As the New Store/Refresh Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our client's visions to life.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential challenges and set up client budgets
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and retail counterparts to finalise store layouts that optimise sales potential
- Manage the tender process for shop fitting works, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with company policies
- Oversee the execution of external and internal graphics in line with brand guidelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with qualified contractors, providing instructions and supervising the shop-fitting process
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on the progress of new store openings and refreshes
To be successful in this role, you will have 4-5 years of project management experience, ideally in new store openings or store fit-outs. Combined with:
- Proven success in managing projects within a retail, hospitality, or leisure setting
- Proficiency in CAD or store planning software
- Willingness to travel nationwide and attend Head Office in Glasgow on a weekly or fortnightly basis
- Excellent communication skills and a strong project management skill set
