About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team and Customer Relationship Manager with strong people management experience to join our team on a permanent full time basis working 35 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity working within our busy Business Engagement department, which supports the leisure sector with their aquatic needs.

Reporting to the Head of Business Engagement, the purpose of the Senior Business Engagement Manager is to lead and manage a team of Business Engagement Managers (x7 direct reports) to deliver against team and individual KPIs ensuring a high performing, high functioning team culture.

The successful candidate will also oversee all team projects and external relationships while building and maintaining key relationships personally, collaborating on all team strategies and plans as well as day to day delivery and work programmes.

About You

In order to be shortlisted for the next stage in the process you must demonstrate within your application how you meet the following essential criteria:


Extensive knowledge of the leisure sector, workforce development and
recruitment in the leisure sector as well as sport development.
An ability to lead and manage a team, drive productivity and the successful
achievement of KPI’s.
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Experience of liaising with partner organisations and providing solutions to their
problems with an innovative approach.


Desirable

Previous experience working operationally in the leisure sector would also be advantageous.
