Your new role
The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department in a broad and busy role.
- Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
- Receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
- Allocating and producing PO's
- Allocating payments
- Managing employee expenses
- Aged debtor reporting
- Resolving queries from key stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Broad experience covering both accounts payable and receivable
- Stable career history, showing progression in your current or most recent role
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally across the team and externally with customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of the Sage Line 50 package would be beneficial
