More About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Nights Stock Replenisher Supervisor. This role is crucial in
ensuring our shelves are stocked, our store runs smoothly, and our team operates efficiently.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
* Lead and manage the night replenishment team, providing guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Oversee the stocking of shelves with grocery and fresh items, maintaining a neat and organised display for our customers.
* Ensure proper stock rotation procedures are followed, minimising waste and maximising product freshness.
* Ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, making it presentable and inviting to customers.
* Assist in implementing promotional changes, including updating signage and ensuring promotional items are prominently
displayed.
* Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store, including backstock areas, to provide a pleasant
shopping environment.
* Adapt to changing priorities and tasks, ensuring the night team stays on track and meets store needs.
* Take responsibility for health, safety, and security within the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
* Conduct accurate inventory counts to ensure correct stock levels and ordering.
* Communicate effectively with the management team, providing updates and feedback on store operations and team performance.
A Few Things About You
We need individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and passionate about customer service! We will also support you in any way we
can if you want to take advantage of the development and progression opportunities we can offer you.
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
* Ability to work efficiently and independently during night shifts.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
