GXO Logistics are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for their busy distribution centre in Tamworth (B78 3HJ).

SHIFT PATTERNS AS A WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE:
- 3 days on, 3 days off (12 hours)
- Working day shift from 6am-6pm or night shift from 6pm-6am
PAY RATES AS A WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE: £11.50 - £13.45 per hour
Day shift is £11.50p/h and night shift is £12.65p/h
- If you work on Reach trucks, there is a bonus of 36p-39p per hour
- If you work on VNA trucks, there is a bonus of 72p-80p per hour
Overtime pay is £15.33 for days and £16.48 for nights

Main duties are but not limited to:
- Primarily using PPT/LLOP trucks
- Upskill training to use Reach and VNA trucks
- Using pick equipment to complete order before transporting to loading.
- Loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Picking orders within set time frames, ensuring all picking standards have been met.
- Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 20 kilos as part of the picking process. Items are grocery products.
- Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail.
- Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day-to-day challenges.
MHE experience is preferred but not required, full training will be provided. All workers will use PPT/LLOPs from day 1. Other MHEs such as Reach and VNA trucks are used throughout the site, upskilled training may be available for this. If you do wish to receive additional training on Reach and VNA trucks, you will be paid a weekly bonus.
