By joining the team you will have the opportunity to: 


- Lead the onshore operations support team in the delivery of safe operations of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) and/or transmissions systems.
- Act as the contract responsible, for all O&M and service agreements related to the wind farm, Balance of Plant (BoP), and transmission assets.
- Be responsible for the determination, planning and coordinating all activities, including prioritisation, across all sites. Always ensuring safe and maximised production.
- Manage the Prepare for Operations (PfO) activities.
- Be responsible for maintaining appropriate management systems and compliance towards them.
- Lead on the delivery of key training, corporate initiatives, governance and processes within Operations and Maintenance (O&M), ensuring synergy of maintenance planning between projects.
- Be the focal point for offshore operations and lead the daily interface with the offshore teams.
- Assist on devising site reports for both internal & external customers.
- Be part of the Incident Commander team during Emergency Responses.


Who are we looking for?


- Experience in leading safe operations and maintenance activities in the wind sector, ideally within offshore wind however onshore wind experience will also be considered.
- Degree educated in a technical or engineering discipline. Extensive relevant experience in the renewable sector, specifically offshore wind, may compensate for formal qualifications.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams within operations and maintenance.
- Proven experience of operations and maintenance service contracts’ management, delivering availability on WTG and/or transmissions systems.
- A strong commercial acumen and business mindset.
- An individual that is focused on cooperation and teamwork, and who can communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
