Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative at West Tofts Camp, Norfolk.

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the estate. You will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do. No experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

This role is based on 18 hours per week to be worked over 5 in 7 days. You will be required to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.

Contract - Fixed Term Contract

Main Responsibilities

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

Ensuring offices, accommodation blocks, classrooms and ablutions are kept clean to a high standard

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

Stock management

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

The Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work

Excellent communicator with people on all levels

Basic labouring skills

Basic IT skills

Willingness to undertake further training

Must hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
