Brand New Vacancy – Full Time Bar Supervisor
This fabulous Edwardian style Liverpool hotel, a grand building rich in history, is perfectly located in the heart of Liverpool city centre. This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions.

As Bar Supervisor, you will be required to:
• Responsible for overseeing the running of all bar facilities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements.
• Ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
The successful candidate will have Bar Supervisory experience, cocktail experience, and can navigate a Barista coffee machine. You will be knowledgeable with Spirits, Beers & Wine, comfortable working alone on the bar, and proficient opening & closing a venue.
Main Shifts will be Tuesday 5pm-1am, Wednesday 5pm-1am, Thursday 5pm-1am, Friday & Saturday 8pm-2am but these are subject to change to suit the business needs and you may be asked to take on slightly more or a little less.
