The Coastal Catalyst Programme is led by a partnership between Future Creators, part of BDBF and Talent Accelerator, part of De La Warr Pavilion. The Programme Manager will report to the Programme Leadership Team from Future Creators and Talent Accelerator and will play a central role, bringing together partners across the Sussex Coastal Corridor and supporting the Programme Team to achieve the programme outcomes.
In this role we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of managing complex projects that involve a large number of partner organisations, demonstrable experience of working in the creative sector and of developing place based partnerships. In addition, you will need experience of working with young people in a range of settings and have a good understanding of the current pathways to employment in the creative industries.
