The General Manager of Cancer leads a complex, challenging and rewarding Business Unit consisting of Oncology, Haematology, Palliative Care, Radiotherapy, Lymphoedema and other cancer services. This Senior Leadership role makes a genuine difference to Cancer patients across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

The General Manager will be responsible for directing, guiding and leading the Business Unit in the delivery of all key quality, safety, access, workforce and financial targets.

The General Manager leads the CBU leadership team, alongside the Clinical Director and Matrons. The BU leadership team is collectively accountable to the Divisional leadership team for the operational delivery of the Business Unit and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our services.
