We are seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being whilst they stay in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements.
• Administering medication as prescribed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable).
