Crynodeb
I am a young boy living in Swansea. I have a learning disability ADHD and ASD. I have a cracking sense of humour and I loves to try new things. I am very sporty I enjoy most sports. I love climbing, going out on my bike, swimming, and learning to play golf. I would like to do something different weekly. I am looking for a PA who is active and I would like to do my activities in the evenings. Sometimes I demonstrate challenging behaviour but can usually control this until I go home.
Driver required.

6 hours x 13 weeks (school holidays)
20 miles x 52 weeks
Rate of pay: £12.00
Tasks involved.
• Accompany me to my chosen activity.
• Ensure I am safe at all times

Concerning the position
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis) . A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
