Role: Planning Co-ordinator / Delivery Support - Change Management

Contract Length: Anticipated 12 months

Location: Belfast – hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

Pay Rate: Approximately £17.09 per hour PAYE



We are seeking a Project Co-ordinator with change management experience to support “go live” planning and co-ordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and deliver activities to provide fully operational Facilities
Work in partnership with key user groups define and deliver a Go live plan for those aspects of operational readiness.
Identify and implement process improvements in the end to end trader journey.
Support stakeholder engagement through leading on and chairing specific meetings or working groups with users.
Support the key user groups through the transition process.
Development of transition and customer handover plans through engagement with wider project team and stakeholders.
Deliver advice on changing processes through delivering awareness sessions and preparing relevant written briefing updates for staff and site users.
Work with business areas to coordinate and develop relevant training plans for sites users.



Key requirements:

Project Management/Change Management experience.
Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior management.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and have experience in preparing project papers/documentation and delivering presentations.
Ability to work on own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team.
One or more related qualifications, e.g. PRINCE2 and Change Management Certification (DESIRABLE)
