What's involved with this role:

QAD 1785/2205

Role: Administrator (Vetting Team / Personnel Security)

Contract Length: Anticipated 18 months

Location: Reading – 80% onsite and 20% WFH
Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate


An Administrator Vetting Team / Personnel Security is needed to provide management and administrative support to the security vetting team.

Key accountabilities

Support the professional vetting process service in line with Regulatory requirements
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing and handling vetting status
Supporting with onboarding and ongoing onboarding



Minimum Requirement:

Demonstrable communication and inter-personal skills
Demonstrable clerical and administrative skills
Evidence of high integrity and discretion
Demonstrable computer literacy
Evidence of effective team working capability



Desirable Skills:

Previous security related experience
Experience of working in a heavily regulated environment
Good understanding of Data Protection requirements
