We are seeking a dependable Italian-speaking individual to fill a part-time live-out position as a housekeeper carer cook in Borehamwood. The role involves offering both personal and practical support to an elderly client, in addition to handling the general cleanliness of their household.
Working hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM to 8 PM; 24 hours each week
Duties include:
assisting with personal care such as dressing and undressing
helping the client to the bathroom
providing companionship
support mobility
reassuring the client
communicating and updating family members
supporting the client with daily activities
cooking meals with and for the client
supervising when the client eats
laundry
washing up dishes
hoovering and mopping
running errands
keeping the home tidy
ensuring that the client is safe and comfortable at all times
The client is looking for someone to start on the 1st of June.
