Summary

Randstad C&P are seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our clients global facilities management team at their Washington site. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. The role comes with a competitive salary of £35,500 per annum, with additional on-call duties and extensive overtime opportunities.

Main Duties:

  • Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed KPIs and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork according to procedures.
  • Promptly respond to Helpdesk service calls, assess job requirements, and perform necessary repairs.
  • Prioritise maintenance and repair tasks to meet agreed timescales and response times.
  • Perform minor alterations, installations, and relevant testing and inspections with full certification.
  • Complete general repairs and maintenance this may include general building repairs, minor joiner, minor plumbing etc

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • 18th Edition City & Guilds certification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with an electrical focus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK drivers licence.
