Your new company
Hays are representing an animal health and agricultural products supplier to farmers and the rural community to recruit an E-Commerce Manager in Moira.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Retail you will oversee the day-to-day management of the online retail business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and
enhance the customer experience. You will analyse sales data and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities, and ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers across all touchpoints, as well as managing the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of leading a team in a similar role, with a clear results focus, excited by change and innovation
- A detailed understanding of the latest e-commerce technologies and applications;
- Experience of Google Analytics and social media insights to optimise promotional plans and track performance
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads & Google Shopping
- Strong IT and analytical skills
- Experience of managing customer data to make informed decisions on targeted marketing
- Business acumen and commercial focus
- Knowledge and awareness of the agricultural industry and agricultural products would be an advantage.
