Healthcare Assistant

Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse

To work as a skilled member of the nursing team.

To provide a high standard of compassionate patient centred care.

To lead and supervise the work of other qualified and unqualified staff within the team.

To communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.



Healthcare Assistant

To ensure patient safety at all times.

To provide information to senior staff about patients when require.

Develop, maintain and evaluate clinical skills alongside clinical staff and experts.

Provide care for this group of patients under supervision.

Enhance patient care by being aware of the ‘Essence of Care.
