Applicants need to be at least 3 years post qualifying in statutory social work.
The candidate will be overseeing incoming duty work and offering case advise and Giving newly qualified social workers advise and support
They must have experience of working with people who have a learning disability and other occurring needs.
This is a unique opportunity to have some senior social work responsibility that's entirely focused on supporting a duty function and the person will hold a small number of complex cases
The role holder will have responsibility for supporting the teams duty function and advising and guiding / working alongside newly qualified social workers (not doing for) to support social work interventions with people who have a learning disability and their families. It may involve carrying a small case load requiring a complex response, legal framework's progressing.
This is a 35 hour per week post. And to the nature of supporting duty will be expected to be office based.
Pay Rate is £32
