The Restaurant manager (SOC Code 1223) will be responsible for the following duties:
• Supervising staff;
• Organising staff shifts and scheduling;
• Ordering supplies; overseeing stock levels;
• Working with food and drink suppliers;
• Providing excellent customer service;
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints;
• Making staff rotas;
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines;
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports to the director;
• Keeping statistical and financial records for the preparation of accounts;
• Assessing and improving the profitability of our business.
• Moreover, making improvements to the running of the business and developing our business will be an important task for our desired employees.
