Summary

SEN Support assistant - September





Teaching Personnel are looking for someone to work as SEN Special needs assistant for an ongoing role from September based in RCT. This will be supporting children and adults aged 3-19 with a range of additional learning needs such as Autism, ADHD and varied other complex needs. The school pride themselves in providing the best quality education and experiences for all pupils which are fun, motivating, and challenging. It will be essential to work alongside the Teacher to promote excellence and enrich these children's lives.



All learners within the school are valued as individuals and you will be working to guide these children succeed through an environment where everyone's achievements can be celebrated, and individual progress is recognised. It is essential to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environments for all pupils to challenge them to achieve their maximum potential.



Qualities of the successful candidate:
- Support each child individually mainly on a 1:1 basis.
- Always be proactive and use your initiative.
- Help teacher to set up activities.
- Always come with a smile and attitude to make the children's day.



What will we do for you?
- £12.90 per hour/ £83.85 per day
- Full time hours
- RCT based.
- Weekly pay
- Monday - Friday
- 8.30am - 3.30pm daily work pattern.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
