We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill an exciting role within our organisation.

Cairn Housing Group requires an OD Administrator to provide a pivotal role in ensuring the Organisational Development (OD) Team deliver an efficient and effective service which supports the organisation to achieve its objectives. This role will provide excellent customer service by providing first line advice and guidance to internal and external customers on all aspects of OD.

Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, it is essential that you have experience of working in an administration-based role and demonstrable experience of communicating with colleagues at all levels of an organisation. Also, it is desirable that you are educated to HND, SCQF Level 8 or other relevant qualification and have knowledge of OD or L&D function. Please refer to the job description for further details.
