We are currently recruiting for a MFL Teacher to work in a Secondary School in Halifax to start in September 2024 for the full academic year.
The School are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL French Teacher to their dynamic department at a school on the outskirts of Halifax. The ideal candidate will inspire students with their enthusiasm for the French language and culture, and will have the ability to teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at A-Level.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective French lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and share best practices.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
QTS or relevant teaching qualification
Well qualified with an honours degree in relevant subject
2 x references from educational establishments
A passion for success and quality teaching
An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service
