A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am 16 year old boy living in the Grangetown area of Cardiff. I am looking for a personal assistant to support me, who is outgoing and full of energy. I will require someone who will be able to supervise me in my home, out in the community and enable me to do fun activities of my choice.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Make social and leisure activities accessible.
Keep me safe at all times.
PLACE OF WORK
At home and out in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
Wednesday 3pm - 6pm
Saturday 11am - 2pm
RATE OF PAY
£11.44 per hour
TASKS INVOLVED
• To help and prompt me with personal care
• Engage with me in my favourite activities
• Take me out in the community
• Make sure I am kept safe and under continual watch
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
• Outgoing
• Full of energy
• Likes music
• Patient
• Friendly
• Full driving licence
ABOUT THE JOB
Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probation period will be necessary in the first instance. Wages will be paid 4 weekly. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.
