apprenticeship.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the enthusiasm and ability to work in a challenging but equally rewarding NHS IT
environment. You'll undertake a Digital Support Technician apprenticeship whilst gaining real-world experience and skills in our Service Desk
team and 2nd line support teams.
As a member of our team you will be expected to have good communication skills, excellent IT skills, great interpersonal skills and have the ability
to quickly think on your feet. If you think you are ready for a new challenge and to learn new skills, this could be the role for you

This is an exciting apprenticeship opportunity to gain and develop skills in providing quality first and second line IT support supporting users within
an acute healthcare community, with particular emphasis in developing high standards of customer care and satisfaction. You will perform a joint
role which will allow them to develop their skills within a busy IT Service Desk, whilst also working alongside the IT Operations team providing
2nd line support.

This post will train you in assisting Technology Services staff in the day-to-day resolution of incidents reported by Trust staff and the local health
economy. This training post will also enable you to support the Technology services Service Desk and IT Operations team and also assist the IT
department in providing a first-class IT service to the organisation.

The Trust has a number of programmes aimed at digitally enabling our clinical services.
Working with us gives you the knowledge and sense of pride that every activity you do genuinely does make a difference to support our patients &
staff, ensuring we keep thriving & delivering outstanding healthcare right across our local towns.
You’ll have access to varied development opportunities, learn new skills, meet fab people & do things you’d never have done. You’ll learn about
working in a hospital, interacting with people from all different roles to build skills & enhance your career path.
You’ll make an impact, be challenged to think differently, be bold & help innovate to keep improving things. Everything we do centres around
patient care and enhancing their experience which means your role is pivotal and something really to be proud of.
