Vehicle Assembly Technician Required in Dartford, Kent
- Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 – 16:00 and Friday: 6:00 – 13:00
- Pay: £30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Assembly Technician to join our clients dynamic automotive manufacturing team in Dartford, Kent. This role is perfect for an Automotive Vehicle Technician or other Automotive Fitter with a strong background in vehicle assembly and maintenance. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent mechanical skills, and a passion for automotive technology, our client wants to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Assembly Technician with our client:
- Assemble and install vehicle components according to specifications.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all components are fitted correctly and function properly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any assembly issues and implement effective solutions.
- Follow technical manuals and assembly instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Vehicle Technician or Automotive Fitter.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive technology is a plus.
